Science: April will end our discussion on Space, Moon, and the Planets (I think the kids would spend all school year on this topic if I would let them!).  We will be working in pairs to research about a planet and then typing their findings in Google Docs.  They will also create their own constellation using marshmallows!

Social Studies: In April we will be discussing Map skills.  Our class will be learning about coordinate planes, compass rose, cardinal directions, and landforms.  They will be creating a neighborhood map and looking up their houses on Google Earth!
