2nd Grade Learns About Goods and Services

On Friday, September 9th, the second grade students listened to several local community members discuss the Goods and Services they provide. One of the state standards for second grade is to distinguish between goods and services and be able to relate those into real-life experiences. The community members who presented to our students were able to discuss the importance of going to school, talked about the services they provide to our community, and listed the different goods available through their service. We are fortunate to have such wonderful community businesses that are willing to share this relevant information with our students.
