Principal's Message

Welcome to Spring Hill Elementary! I am honored to be principal of a school where a genuine love for children, high expectations and character building are a priority. The staff at Spring Hill Elementary is committed to helping each child reach his or her potential academically, socially and behaviorally.

You will find Spring Hill Elementary School to be a very safe, welcoming and student-centered environment where students can grow and learn. I am fortunate to have a staff that values this philosophy while also setting very high standards for student learning. We are a preschool through 2nd grade building with more than 500 students. Though we are a large school, we have maintained a family-like atmosphere and have continued to make outstanding academic achievements.

We recognize that parents are our students’ first and best teachers. We encourage our parents to be active partners in the school, ensuring the success of their children. We have a very active Parent Teacher Organization, many opportunities to volunteer in the school and classrooms, and the Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) program. All provide many, many opportunities to get involved. Additionally, we typically have 98% attendance at Parent-Teacher conferences illustrating that parents are also committed to helping us achieve our mission of student success.
