| Reading Goal: To improve reading fluency to ensure 100% proficiency on KS Reading Assessment by 2014 by building a strong reading foundation in our primary-age children. |

Implement instructional strategies outlined in MMH. (Small group rotation; vocabulary development; word works; comprehension skills…) |
| Tier II (Some students) |
Provide 30 minutes of leveled instruction (fluency building (Read Naturally), skills instruction, vocabulary development, word study) |
| Tier III (Few students) |
Provide Triumphs instruction for students who are 1 grade levels below |
