Licensed Applicants:
If you decide to submit an on-line application, please review all the information on the PDF Printable Application first to see what information we are seeking before starting the on-line process. If a credential file is not available, a minimum of three references and copies of all college transcripts will be required. Transcripts for the application process do not have to be official; however, official transcripts must be provided upon employment. Any additional information that you feel is important (i.e., portfolio, lesson plans, awards, etc.) may be submitted. Please do not provide personal data such as age, race, and sex.
