Activity Passes for Students and Adults Promote School Spirit

SHMS now offers a student pass for a fee of $10 per student pass. This allows SHMS students to be admitted with the pass to all SHMS home games during the school year. Adult admission in our league is $3 per middle school game/event. A 10-game ticket (punch system) will be offered to parents for $20. That would be a savings to parents of $10 per ticket if they attend 10 SHMS home games/events. Please fill out this flier* and return it with payment to the SHMS office.

New Physical Form & Immunizations Required

Beginning with the 09-10 school year, KSHSAA is requiring a new physical form be used. This year's form will no longer be valid. The new form is available in the SHMS office and can also be found at: http://www.kshsaa.org/forms.html. You also must complete an emergency medical form (see form*). These forms are similar to the previous version but now require more immunizations in congruence with the new statutes regarding immunizations for students. For more information about these requirements, please visit our immunizations resource page.

Free & Reduced Lunch Information

The district offers a Child Nutrition Benefit Program and encourages families to apply for its free or reduced breakfast and lunch program. Application forms are now available on the Food Services page.
